Two days at sea is an adventure! Just imagine: you arrive at one of the most grandiose maritime festivals on a replica of an 18th-century frigate. Experience welcome cannon salutes, the entrance to the first French fishing port in the Mediterranean, and the sight of dozens of magnificent sailing ships.
The city of Sète itself also deserves your attention. Nestled between Lake Thau and the Mediterranean Sea, it is the hometown of the famous poet, composer, and singer – Georges Brassens. As you listen to his truly French-spirited songs, take a stroll through the cozy streets. Discover colorful facades adorned with a variety of graffiti. For the last decade, the city has hosted a street art festival, turning it into an open-air museum. Walking from one graffiti to another, you’ll reach Mount Saint-Clair, offering a magnificent view of the surroundings.
