Pirates Aboard the Shtandart ship!

For two days, the Shtandart transformed into a gathering place for pirate captains and their crews.

While the Shtandart ship has served as a platform for LARP (live action role-playing) events before, this was the first time it happened on such a grand scale! In total, there were 72 of us on board, including the crew and volunteers. It was an amazing experience!

There was wonderful music, colorful costumes, humorous scenes, and, most importantly, excellent weather and a fair wind – all of these elements combined to create a genuine celebration for the crew. In the end, everyone got involved in the pirate adventures, except for Quiet Jack, who remained in his hammock for two days – but what else can you expect from a skeleton?

Upon returning to La Rochelle, no other pirates in the world have ever been welcomed so warmly at a port!
