Trainees

Everyone who goes to sea on the Shtandart ship becomes a member of the crew. We don’t have passengers; all participants in the voyage experience real sea life: keeping watches, standing at the helm, setting the sails, and bracing the yards. You will also have the opportunity to put your new knowledge into practice: plotting a route using a map, working with a sextant, you will learn basics of meteorology and radio communications.
