The first part of this journey will pass through the Bay of Biscay, known for its unpredictable weather.
It could be that ocean waves and a storm await us, or maybe it will be an easy sailing on almost calm water.
Either way, it will be an interesting story!

As the wind fills the sails and we glide over the waves, you’ll be transported back in time to an era of maritime adventure. The creak of the timbers, the snap of the sails, and the scent of the sea air create an atmosphere that is both exhilarating and serene.

As part of the Shtandart’s crew, you’ll have the chance to master the art of sailing. Under the guidance of experienced sailors, you’ll learn to hoist the sails, steer the helm, and navigate the open waters. The sense of camaraderie and the thrill of working in unison with the wind and sea will stay with you long after we return to shore.

Our port of destination is Camaret, where the maritime festival begins. Together with us you will play an important role in this amazing event. And, of course, you will discover many other wonderful sailboats, hear great sea stories and perhaps create your own!

Accommodation and Amenities:

Choose to sleep in a hammock, just like sailors did three centuries ago, or opt for a bunk. Both at sea and onshore, we provide four meals a day. Life on board is divided into watches, in which you will actively participate throughout your stay.
