Mélanie Gribinski spent “two years immersed” alongside captain Vladimir Martus to make a documentary, screened Monday September 23 in preview in La Rochelle.
“Being free thanks to ‘Shtandart’ for me means sharing the same fight against a fabricated life, dreamed of by others”. This little sentence entrusted by Vladimir Martus, captain of the frigate, is the mantra that guided Mélanie Gribinski at each stage of the production of her documentary, “The Incredible Odyssey of the Shtandart”. A 52-minute film which will be previewed on Monday September 23 in La Rochelle (1), before being broadcast on France 3 Nouvelle-Aquitaine on October 17 (then visible in replay).
