A November Sailing Adventure Along the Turkish Riviera Aboard the Frigate Shtandart

This November, set out on a 12-day maritime journey along the sun-drenched coasts of southern Turkey aboard the Shtandart — a faithful replica of an 18th-century frigate. Departing and returning to Alanya, you’ll experience the timeless beauty of the Mediterranean at the close of autumn, when the sea is calm, and the air crisp.

You will take part in the daily life of a historic sailing vessel. As part of the crew, you’ll become part of the ship’s story:

• Set and adjust sails by hand
• Take your turn on watch and learn the art of navigation
• Climb the rigging for breathtaking views of sea and shore
• Take the helm under the guidance of experienced sailors

No prior sailing knowledge is required — everything you need to know will be taught on board.

The Turkish Riviera is rich with legacies of ancient civilizations. From rugged coves and pine-clad hills to historic harbors once frequented by traders and seafarers, each day brings new horizons. Expect crisp November winds, golden light on the sea, and nights filled with constellations that guided sailors for centuries. You will see the Mediterranean as the ancient seafarers knew it.

Hébergement et Commodités :

Choisissez de dormir dans un hamac exactement comme les marins le faisaient il y a trois siècles, ou optez pour une bannette. À terre comme en mer, nous assurons quatre repas par jour. La vie à bord est divisée en quarts, auxquels vous participerez durant la totalité de séjour.
