You’ll progress through your on board training record book (EZS or other) at your own pace, with personalized guidance focused on core competencies: watchkeeping, manoeuvring, square sail handling, navigation, and crew motivation skills.
We will help you build the confidence and capabilities expected of a professional mariner.
Обучение проводят капитан Владимир Мартусь, главный строитель и бессменный капитан Штандарта уже более 25 лет, а также капитаны Тим Пион и Михаил Юшков, известные своей увлеченностью и обширным опытом хождения на традиционных парусниках.
You’ll practice your skills alongside a crew committed to maintaining a friendly and supportive atmosphere. To further develop your leadership abilities, you will explore ways of taking and sharing responsibility with the crew.
Sailing voyages in international waters will also give you the opportunity to practice your language skills and become familiar with maritime legislation.
Enrollment Requirements:
Participants must be currently enrolled in or have completed formal maritime education.
