Formellement, le Shtandart est une r\u00e9plique historique \u2014 une initiative \u00e9ducative et culturelle. Ce n\u2019est pas un navire militaire, il n\u2019exerce aucune fonction \u00e9tatique et ne porte aucun mandat politique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cependant, dans le cadre de la politique de sanctions de l\u2019UE, cela s\u2019est r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 sans importance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
