Pas invit\u00e9 officiellement, mais bien pr\u00e9sent \u00e0 la Semaine du golfe 2025, le Shtandart n\u2019a pas \u00e9cop\u00e9 d\u2019un arr\u00eat\u00e9 pr\u00e9fectoral lui interdisant le mouillage, comme cela a pu \u00eatre le cas en Finist\u00e8re, en 2024.
