Le 4 novembre, nous c\u00e9l\u00e9brons une date importante : le d\u00e9but de la construction de la fr\u00e9gate Shtandart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Au chantier naval du Centre de Formation Maritime, cr\u00e9\u00e9 en avril 1994 par l'organisation publique \u00ab Club Shtandart \u00bb, la construction d'une r\u00e9plique grandeur nature de la fr\u00e9gate Shtandart a commenc\u00e9. Les deux premi\u00e8res poutres, formant la quille du navire, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 assembl\u00e9es le 4 novembre 1994, il y a 30 ans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La fr\u00e9gate Shtandart originale a \u00e9t\u00e9 construite en 1703 d'apr\u00e8s les plans personnels de Pierre Ier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\nLe site de construction de la r\u00e9plique a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9sign\u00e9 dans le parc pr\u00e8s du monast\u00e8re de Smolny, et il sera am\u00e9nag\u00e9 pour ressembler au chantier naval de l'Amiraut\u00e9 de Saint-P\u00e9tersbourg \u00e0 l'\u00e9poque de Pierre Ier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Le directeur du Centre, Vladimir Martus, estime que la construction de la Shtandart permettra d'accomplir la mission principale du Centre de Formation Maritime : la formation professionnelle des jeunes. Pendant la construction de la Shtandart, sous la direction d'instructeurs exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s, les jeunes auront l'occasion d'apprendre des m\u00e9tiers presque oubli\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
