Ma passion pour la mer a commenc\u00e9 t\u00f4t, avec ma m\u00e8re qui m'a enseign\u00e9 les bases sur de petits voiliers. Cependant, ce n'est qu'en 2018 que ma vie a chang\u00e9 de cap lorsque j'ai rejoint le Shtandart pour des vacances de deux semaines en mer. L'exp\u00e9rience \u00e9tait in\u00e9dite. J'ai nou\u00e9 de nouvelles amiti\u00e9s et d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un lien profond avec le navire, qui allait finalement transformer ma vie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Je suis retourn\u00e9 \u00e0 bord du Shtandart encore et encore, faisant du b\u00e9n\u00e9volat durant l'entretien hivernal et \u00e9quilibrant mon temps entre un travail \u00e0 terre et ma passion pour la navigation. Avec le temps, la mer est devenue plus qu'un simple \u00e9chappatoire : c'\u00e9tait une vocation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finalement, j'ai pris la d\u00e9cision de quitter mon emploi et d'embrasser pleinement la vie en mer. Mon voyage \u00e0 bord du Shtandart ne concernait pas seulement la navigation, mais aussi l'apprentissage, le d\u00e9veloppement personnel et la prise de nouvelles responsabilit\u00e9s. J'avais travaill\u00e9 10 ans comme ing\u00e9nieur et consultant \u00e0 terre, mais ceci \u00e9tait un d\u00e9fi d'un tout autre niveau. Avec mon exp\u00e9rience en tant qu'instructeur d'escalade, j'\u00e9tais naturellement attir\u00e9 par les cordages et le gr\u00e9ement, et je suis devenu l'un des gr\u00e9eurs du navire. J'ai perfectionn\u00e9 mes comp\u00e9tences en travaillant aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s du charpentier et d'autres officiers, int\u00e9grant une \u00e9quipe soud\u00e9e et engag\u00e9e \u00e0 naviguer et entretenir le navire et sa mission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En parall\u00e8le, j'ai repris mes \u00e9tudes. Je me suis inscrit \u00e0 l'Enkhuizen Nautical College aux Pays-Bas pour une formation professionnelle en marine marchande. Cette formation a compl\u00e9t\u00e9 mon exp\u00e9rience pratique en combinant matelotage et th\u00e9orie maritime. Aujourd'hui, je sers comme capitaine b\u00e9n\u00e9vole \u00e0 bord du Shtandart, dirigeant un \u00e9quipage diversifi\u00e9 issu de diff\u00e9rentes cultures et nationalit\u00e9s. Mon parcours, de stagiaire \u00e0 capitaine, m'a appris que le v\u00e9ritable leadership en mer repose sur la confiance, le travail d'\u00e9quipe et l'am\u00e9lioration continue. Sans le Shtandart, je n'aurais probablement jamais trouv\u00e9 la mer.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
