Au fil des ann\u00e9es, nous avons re\u00e7u des participants de France, d'Allemagne, des Pays-Bas, d'Espagne, du Royaume-Uni, de Pologne, de Belgique, de Russie, des \u00c9tats-Unis et de nombreux autres pays. Qu'ils aient rejoint le navire pour une courte travers\u00e9e ou pour une saison compl\u00e8te en mer, tous ont fait partie de la communaut\u00e9 unique du Shtandart\u2014apprenant, \u00e9voluant et forgeant des amiti\u00e9s inoubliables au-del\u00e0 des fronti\u00e8res.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nos voyages rassemblent des personnes de diff\u00e9rents \u00e2ges, horizons et niveaux d'exp\u00e9rience, unis par une passion commune pour l'aventure et la mer. Certains viennent avec des aspirations maritimes, tandis que d'autres embarquent simplement pour d\u00e9couvrir la vie en mer. Quelles que soient leurs motivations, tous acqui\u00e8rent des comp\u00e9tences pr\u00e9cieuses en travail d'\u00e9quipe, matelotage et leadership. Cette collaboration leur permet d'acqu\u00e9rir une exp\u00e9rience concr\u00e8te en navigation, de d\u00e9velopper des comp\u00e9tences en matelotage et de travailler aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de marins professionnels, compl\u00e9tant ainsi leur formation th\u00e9orique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"wp-block-themeisle-blocks-advanced-heading-5ec37f18\" class=\"wp-block-themeisle-blocks-advanced-heading wp-block-themeisle-blocks-advanced-heading-5ec37f18\"><strong>Le projet P\u00e8re et Fils<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L'un de nos projets les plus sp\u00e9ciaux est le voyage <strong>\"P\u00e8re et Fils\"<\/strong>o\u00f9 parents et enfants embarquent ensemble pour une aventure inoubliable.
