Toutes les personnes impliqu\u00e9es sont physiquement \u00e0 bord du navire, et toutes les d\u00e9cisions concernant son fonctionnement, sa direction et ses activit\u00e9s sont prises \u00e0 bord. Le capitaine et constructeur, qui r\u00e9side \u00e0 plein temps sur le navire, dirige l\u2019\u00e9quipage dans le processus de prise de d\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des officiers de marine exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s et des constructeurs navals consacrent leur temps et leurs efforts \u00e0 l\u2019enseignement et \u00e0 la formation des nouveaux marins, contribuant ainsi \u00e0 la pr\u00e9servation du patrimoine maritime et \u00e0 l\u2019offre d\u2019opportunit\u00e9s \u00e9ducatives uniques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis 2009, le navire voyage \u00e0 travers toute l\u2019Europe sans port d\u2019attache, embarquant \u00e0 son bord des b\u00e9n\u00e9voles et des stagiaires du monde entier.
