TS <\/strong>Shtandart offers sea-time opportunities and practical training tailored to your individual requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You\u2019ll progress through your on board training record book (EZS or other) at your own pace, with personalized guidance focused on core competencies: watchkeeping, manoeuvring, square sail handling, navigation, and crew motivation skills.
We will help you build the confidence and capabilities expected of a professional mariner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The training is led by Captain Vladimir Martus, the visionary who designed, built, and has been running Shtandart for over 25 years, along with Captains Tim Pion and Mikhail Yushkov, known for their passion for education and for sharing their extensive square-rigger experience and knowledge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You\u2019ll practice your skills alongside a crew committed to maintaining a friendly and supportive atmosphere. To further develop your leadership abilities, you will explore ways of taking and sharing responsibility with the crew.
Sailing voyages in international waters will also give you the opportunity to practice your language skills and become familiar with maritime legislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enrollment Requirements:<\/strong>
Participants must be currently enrolled in or have completed formal maritime education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For newcomers, trainee positions are also available, but at a higher price. See details: https:\/\/shtandart.eu\/services\/sail-with-us<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n
