To further develop your leadership abilities, you will explore ways of taking and sharing responsibility with the crew.<br>Sailing voyages in international waters will also give you the opportunity to practice your language skills and become familiar with maritime legislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\"><strong>Enrollment Requirements:<\/strong><br>Participants must be currently enrolled in or have completed formal maritime education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The program is designed for a minimum duration of 4 weeks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">For newcomers, trainee positions are also available, but at a higher price.
